Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Robust Digital Solutions Inc. ("we") collects through robustdigitalsolutions.com, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

• What you type into the teaming form. Your name, title, organization, work email, phone, the type of inquiry, any solicitation number, response due date and the scope you describe.
• Basic details about the request. The page you sent it from and the time you sent it.
• How people use the site. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. It uses cookies and collects things like device type, browser and approximate location (city level). It does not tell us who you are.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not collect sensitive personal information on this website.

Why we use it

• To reply to your teaming or opportunity inquiry and prepare for the conversation.
• To send you our capability statement or other information you asked for.
• To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your information or share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are saved to a private Google Sheet in our company Google account, and a copy is emailed to our team. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics under Google's privacy policy. Only our team can see your submissions.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we are discussing or working on an opportunity together, and up to three years after our last contact for our business records. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the information we have about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Ask us to stop contacting you.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out add-on for Google Analytics.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Children

This website is for agencies and businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use information, we will update this page and the date above.
